CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

The Pan South African Language Board (PanSALB) is a statutory body established in terms of the Pan South African Language Act no. 59 of 1995 and the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996. It was established for the promotion of the equal use and enjoinment of all the official South African languages.

Suitably qualified and experienced individuals, agencies and organisations in the printing industry are hereby invited to tender and propose for the following services/products:

Rental and maintenance of Multifunctional printers for our Head Office and nine (9) provincial offices

All interested parties are requested to submit the following with their proposals: A brief summary of your company profile; Proposal or work to be provided; Proof of previous work; Industry accreditations, Qualifications and experience of the staff that would be assigned to handle the assignment or function, should also attach proof of address in all the 9 provinces; Proposed pricing structure and references.

Please note the following: Only short – listed companies will be contacted. Submission for the quotes closes on Friday, 11 September 2009 at 12:00 pm; PanSALB’s BEE policy will be taken into consideration when evaluating the bids.
