KUBALULEKA KANYE NEMPHUMELA WELULWIMI KUTEMFUNDVO

Lulwimi kuTemfundvo lungumnyombo ekwenyusweni kanye nasekutfutfukisweni kwetilwimi taseNingizimu Afrika, ikakhulukati letilwimi lebetibandluluwa ngaphambilini.  IPanSALB yesekela:

  • kuhlonishwa, kwenyuswa nekutfutfukiswa kwato tonkhe tilwimi taseNingizimu Afrika, ikakhulukati leti betibandluluwa ngaphambilini,  ngekusetjentiswa kwelulwimi lwasekhaya nangenchubomgomo yetilwimi;
  • imiphumela yelukhetfo lolwentiwe kute kube kunyalo lugcizelela ngekubaluleka kwelulwimi lwasekhaya njengelulwimi lwekufundza nekufundzisa (LoLT) ngekukhulisa umntfwana lomncane ngeminyaka yekucala esikolweni; futsi
  • nemcabango lotsi sisusa lesicinile ekufundzeni sisuselwa ebuncaneni lobukahle.

KUSETJENTISWA KWETILWIMI LETINYENTI KUTEMFUNDVO

Inchubomgomo yetiLwimi yaseNingizimu Afrika ikhombisa kutibophelela lokukhulu ngekusetjentiswa kwetilwimi letinyenti.  Imfundvo yetilwimi letinyenti iletsa kuphakelwa kwemfundvo yetimfundvo letimbili ngendlela lesebentako.  Ngekusebentisa lenchubomgomo, loku lokulandzelako kumele kwenteke:

  • kuhlonyiswa nekutfutfukiswa kwavelonkhe kwebantfu labanyenti kanye nemiphakatsi;

Njengobe kwehlukahlukana kwetilwimi kuba sivimba ngekuchumana ngekwemasiko lahlukene, iPanSALB yetsemba kutsi kuphakamisa lokuphapheme indlela leyetsandzekako lekungatfolwa ngayo indlela yekuchumana.
